AHMF awareness campaign wins two major international awards

Communications firm and AHMF sponsor DDB Remedy has won two prestigious international awards for the “It's out of sight but not out of fashion” campaign for the Australian Herpes Management Forum (AHMF). This innovative and powerful print and poster campaign designed to raise awareness of Genital Herpes in Australia won a New York Festival Global award and GOLD at the Rx Club of New York Awards.

Dr John Bertolini, Managing Director, DDB Remedy, commented: “DDB Remedy and AHMF worked closely together to create an emotive campaign that was unique and would make individuals consider changing their course of action. The Herpes campaign is a campaign we are incredibly proud of and a proof point of the determination and focus we have in becoming Australia’s number one creative healthcare agency.”

DDB Remedy was the only Australian agency to win a New York Festival Global award this year. In addition to winning GOLD at the Rx Club of New York Awards, DDB Remedy also received an Award of Excellence for the outstanding Remicade Psoriasis print campaign for Schering-Plough.
